If you love Instagram you may want to think again after the app's policies changed on Monday. Under the new service agreement Instagram has the power to take your photos for use or commercial profit while you don't see a dime. Today the popular app, recent pruchased by Facebook, has taken steps to backtrack with the new terms but still retains the license that your photos posted to the site do not belong to you. The changes in policy are set to kick in on January 16, 2013.
