"X Factor" Rumors: Beyoncé and Mariah Carey

Let the rampant "X Factor" speculation begin!
The rarely reliable site MediaTakeOut.com claims to have an "EXTREMELY RELIABLE insider" who says that SIMON COWELL wants BEYONCÉ to be a judge . . . and he's offering her $500 million to do it.
Yes, $500 MILLION. That's HALF A BILLION.
The "insider" says this would be a five-year deal . . . $100 million a year . . . and supposedly Beyoncé is interested. Obviously, this is a far-fetched rumor. We all know Simon would LOVE to have Beyoncé, but even other anonymous sources on the Internet are admitting that $500 million is, quote, "especially crazy."
Meanwhile, there's also a lot of talk about MARIAH CAREY. Mariah's manager is "American Idol" judge RANDY JACKSON . . . and he addressed the rumors yesterday. He said that Mariah would "be amazing," but he, quote, "doesn't know if that's ever going to happen."
But Randy wouldn't be surprised if Simon did snag a big name. He said, quote, "Simon's one of the smartest people I know. I'm sure he's got some very interesting ideas up his sleeve." The Mariah speculation isn't surprising because it actually looked like Simon might land her last season. But it didn't work out.
Even after the first "X Factor" judges were announced, Simon insisted that Mariah would be, quote, "involved in some form," but that didn't work out either.
Mariah hasn't said anything, but earlier this week, her husband NICKCANNON basically killed the rumor. On his radio show, he said, quote, "I personally think it's a step down. Why would my wife want to be on a show like that? For somebody who has a legendary career, I don't know why they would do that."
Madonna Says "There Will Be No Wardrobe Malfunctions" at the Super Bowl

If you were hoping to catch a glimpse of MADONNA'S 53-year-old naughty bits during her Super Bowl halftime show . . . bad news:
She says, quote, "There will be no wardrobe malfunctions. I promise. [It'll be] a spectacular show . . . for all age groups, and it will be a feast for the ears and eyes." Madonna will sing three old songs and one new one. She didn't elaborate . . . because she doesn't want to "blow the surprise" . . . but the new one is surely her single "Give Me All Your Luvin'".
GISELE BUNDCHEN: PLEASE, PRAY FOR TOMMY TO WIN SUPER BOWL

Gisele Bundchen thinks her hubby needs a little extra help winning the Super Bowl.
The supermodel recently sent an email to friends and family imploring them to pray for Tom Brady and the Patriots to beat the Giants Sunday. In it, she writes, "I feel Tommy really needs our prayer, our support and love at this time."
She asks her "sweet friends and family" to send the team "positive energy so they can fulfill their dream of winning this Super Bowl." She ends the letter by saying, "So I kindly ask all of you to join me on this positive chain and pray for him, so he can feel confident, healthy and strong. Envision him happy and fulfilled experiencing with his team a victory this Sunday."
The last time the Patriots met the Giants in the Super Bowl, in 2008, New York came away happy and fulfilled.

DEMI MOORE'S RED BULL & LETTUCE DIET

Insiders say Demi Moore is "insanely" obsessed with being thin and staying young -- even by Hollywood standards.
A so-called pal says her daily diet has been "Red Bull for breakfast. Red Bull for lunch. Red Bull for dinner, with a lettuce leaf and a tablespoon -- yes a tablespoon! -- of tuna fish thrown in... That's it."
Another source says, "Demi got so she'd almost talk about nothing else than finding ways to keep young and pretty... For a long time, it was clear she was doing it all to keep Ashton interested. Then, when she found out about his cheating, her world really spiraled out of control."

An unnamed staff member r the parting was "anything but amicable and there were a lot of angry words.
