DIANE O'MEARA is the woman whose pictures were stolen and used to represent Lennay Kekua . . . MANTI TEO'S fake dead girlfriend.  She's now telling the "Today" show that she'd never heard of Manti Te'o before this broke earlier this month . . . and she considers the whole thing "twisted."

A spokeswoman for the Marine Corps Band came out yesterday and said that BEYONCE lip-synced her rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner" at PRESIDENT OBAMA'S inauguration on Monday.  But a Marine Corps spokesman issued a statement saying that no one in the band knows whether she sang live or not.  He did admit that the BAND didn't play . . . because they didn't have time to properly rehearse with her.

In an interview with a German newspaper, ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER reportedly said that he hopes for a reconciliation with his ex-wife MARIA SHRIVER.  In a separate interview, he talked about being in a bathroom stall and hearing a guy in the next stall over saying, "I'll be back!"  He says, "I get quoted in really weird places." 

SHAKIRA had her baby yesterday.  His name is Milan Pique Mebarak.  His daddy is Spanish soccer stud GERARD PIQUE.

STEVE CARELL says he decided NOT to make a cameo appearance on the series finale of "The Office" because it wouldn't make sense for his character, Michael Scott.  He says, quote, "That character had had an arc within the story and kind of grew and sort of evolved past the idea of the documentary."
